“My ideal client is motivated to examine personal life challenges through formation of a therapeutic alliance marked by honest dialogue, self-assessment, and commitment to doing the work required to begin the process of healing. I employ an eclectic approach to therapeutic intervention which allows me to pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities in addressing the needs of persons I work with. I particularly enjoy cognitive-behavioral approaches to therapy, family systems therapy and personcentered therapy.”
