Returning to the Office

BPS is excited to be able to offer in office appointments for 2023. Below are the protocols that we will be following for in office appointments. Please note that all in office appointments will require signing an informed consent to return to in office appointments. Patients who remain appropriate for virtual appointments can remain virtual if they so choose.

  • All clients attending in-person services must complete an informed consent specific to receiving in person services during the pandemic.

  •  Masks must be a KN95, or surgical style mask worn both over the nose and mouth. Gators, Buffs, scarfs and face shields are not acceptable forms of face coverings.

  • Masks are to be worn while in the suite and in the treatment rooms (at all times).

  • Chairs are set up within the treatment room to be socially distanced (e.g., 6 feet a part).

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in the suite and treatment rooms. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the office, returning from the bathroom, or touching any surface in the treatment room.

  • The treatment room will have a free standing air-purifier (with HEPA filter that can remove 99.97% of virus particles).

  • Daily cleaning of the treatment room and office suite of high touch surfaces.

  • *Please note, if you are not feeling well or are immunocompromised, please do not come in for an in person appointment.
